Once the bids are received, HVAC Negotiators sits down with the client to present the bids as well as give company history and Google Reviews. The client will then choose one of the bids presented. Once that is complete the client will then be introduced to the chosen HVAC Company to schedule the installation and finalize the contract with chosen company.
With this process, it saves the client time, money and effort. The client only has to meet with one person instead of multiple to get the same result they were looking for in the first place. Typical time spent with one HVAC Company to get a bid is 2 hours so this saves over 4 hours of time in just the initial meetings, not to mention the time it takes to select the HVAC Companies to call for a bid.
