How We Started

At HVAC Negotiators, we recognized a persistent issue in the HVAC industry that needed a solution. When searching for the best HVAC deals in Everett, WA, or trying to find local HVAC pros in Auburn, WA, customers often encounter frustrating challenges. The process of securing multiple bids to ensure the best price and the right service can be incredibly time-consuming. Homeowners spend countless hours scheduling appointments with various HVAC companies, only to wait days for contractors to visit their homes, often resulting in pushy sales pitches and overwhelming choices. The extensive time and communication required to gather multiple bids can be a daunting task.

This is where HVAC Negotiators step in. Our mission is to simplify this process and provide homeowners with a hassle-free experience. Whether you’re looking to find an HVAC dealer in Everett or hire HVAC local services & professionals in WA, our service is designed to save you time, effort, and money. We understand that your time is valuable, and that’s why we’ve developed a streamlined three-step process to bring you the best HVAC options without the usual hassle.

Our approach is simple yet effective. Instead of having multiple contractors visit your home, we send one skilled professional to gather all the necessary information about your HVAC system. This information is then distributed to several reputable HVAC companies, who provide competitive bids tailored to your specific needs. Within just 72 hours, you’ll receive multiple offers, allowing you to compare and choose the best deal with confidence.

Whether you’re in Everett, Auburn, or anywhere in Washington state, HVAC Negotiators is here to connect you with the best local HVAC professionals and ensure you get the best value for your investment. Questions & Answers

Q1: What does HVAC Negotiators do?

A: We simplify the process of installing new heating and cooling systems by gathering multiple bids from top-rated contractors on your behalf. Our goal is to save you time and money while ensuring you get the best deal. We handle the entire process for you—no stress, no endless meetings with salespeople at your home.

Q2: Do you handle HVAC repairs or maintenance?

A: No, we specialize exclusively in new HVAC system installations. Our focus is on helping homeowners secure the best pricing and service for new heating or cooling systems—whether it’s a furnace, heat pump, or mini-split installation.

Q3: How do you select contractors for bids?

A: We work with highly-rated contractors in your area who have a reputation for quality installations.

Q4: How many bids will you provide?

A: We obtain bids from at least three HVAC contractors who compete against each other. Each contractor presents a Good, Better, Best option, giving you a total of nine bids to compare. This ensures you get the best value and plenty of choices.

Q5: What types of systems can you help with?

A: We negotiate new installations for a variety of systems, including:

  • Furnaces
  • Air conditioners
  • Heat pumps
  • Mini-splits

Q6: What’s the benefit of using HVAC Negotiators instead of contacting contractors myself?

A: Most homeowners struggle to find the best deal, often spending hours meeting with salespeople. We take that burden off your shoulders by:

  • Getting multiple bids for you
  • Vetting contractors for quality and reliability
  • Saving you time and money with the best options available

We make sure you’re getting the most for your money with the right system to fit your needs.

Q7: Are there any fees for your service?

A: Yes, we charge only $149.00 for the visit. However, you’ll receive a $149 credit toward your new HVAC system installation when you move forward with one of the bids we secure for you. This ensures you get full value from our service while benefiting from the best deals available.

Q8: Do you only work with contractors in certain areas?

A: We have contractors from Bellingham to Olympia, and we’re adding more every week. Some areas we don’t currently cover are the islands in Washington, but we’re working on expanding there soon.

Q9: How long does the process take?

A: It usually takes three days to negotiate with the different HVAC contractors and gather the best bids. Once the bids are ready, we’ll contact you so you can quickly choose the one that suits you best.

Q10: How do I get started with HVAC Negotiators?

A: It’s simple! Just reach out to us via phone or online, and we’ll gather a few details about your project. We’ll send an install specialist to your home to take measurements and perform a load calculation to determine your ideal system. From there, we’ll handle everything—securing bids, coordinating with contractors, and making sure your new system is installed smoothly.
